a) Check the flash LED damaged, replace it at once.
b) Check the battery supply voltage the two filter coils showed on the solution above.
c) Check also those filter coils if open or damaged.
d) Re-hot or re-flow the flash LED driver IC
e) Rework and replaced the flash LED driver IC if found already damaged.
