- Put the files on SDCard
- Reboot in recovery CWM
- Wipe data/factory reset
- Wipe cache partition
- Advanced->Wipe dalvik cache
- Install zip->choose zip from /storage/sdcard1
- Choose "MaxiCM-5.1-XXXXXXXX-janice.zip"
- Choose yes
- Repeat procedure to Gapps and SU
- Reboot system now
