When we buy Fixer Solution from Hospital laboratories OR Photo Bleach from Digital Photo Labs we blindly buy the stuff without judging what is the amount of SILVER may be present in it, by which on the either side Hospitals persons OR photo lab persons takes disadvantage of this by mixing same proportionate of water to the solution.
